A Star Spangled Summer!

Mountain Melody has had a wonderful summer of singing “The Star Spangled Banner” in the beautiful Sierra foothills and surrounding areas.

We started out singing on May 29th at the Hotel Leger in Mokulmne Hill to kick off their Backyard Barbeque and Blues music series for the summer.

Then we did the “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Mokulmne Hill 4th of July Parade. We have done this event for several years now, and it is always a good time and a lovely small town event.

During the summer we also recorded the version of “The Star-Spangled Banner” that we perform.

We were invited to sing for the Stockton Ports baseball team and we had fireworks during and after the performance! Lots of great comments from the fans who really enjoyed our singing!

So now, we will start to send our recording out to other local baseball teams to get ready for baseball season 2017!
